[Resolved]  Easy Mobile Recharge — 598 rupees recharge of idea was done through easy mobile recharge but order status failed

Sir I have made recharge of 598 rupees of idea through easy mobile recharge. Money was deducted from my account. Order status was processing I interacted easy mobile recharge by contact us after that order status is failed. Again I made a complaint to easy mobile recharge. On replying they called me and asked about my Bank Balance and credit card number. I got little bit frustated and refused to give.and then they blocked user id of easy mobile recharge and they told that it is not possible to refund it. They can send back my amount 598 to easy wallet. Why they are behaving like this. Absolutely it looks like cheating. Don't believe this kind of recharges.

Hi Srinivas, I can sympathize with you. Even I have faced a similar problem in the past, but with a different app. Problem was that I had recharged for 500 bucks but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I had used my debit card for the transaction and after I recharged I just got a message from the bank saying my money was deducted. But there were no messages from the service provider. I raised several complaints with the app's customer service and after many attempts I was able to get my money back. It was a headache.

From that point onwards I switched to a different app. This time it was Bill Bachao. With the Bill Bachao I am able to make quick and secure recharges. It saves me a lot of time and more importantly I have not yet faced any issues where the amount wasn't reflected. Other than this, there are other advantages too to using this app. I am able to monitor my data, calls, SMS. I can also email the report of the break up of all the calls and data usage.
