Easy Mobile Recharge — Either refund or process it | |||||
I have done bsnl special recharge on easymobilerecharge.com for rs 561 on 13th.03.2016.Order no 73039331 but the recharge failed and my money was deducted from my account and was transfer to my wallet( duh!!)..So i decided to retry with the money on my wallet..The order was successful and my order was process..But it was in pending state..After looking around at their site i noticed this at the contact us menu: "customer support Answer : In case you have not received the recharge benefits immediately, please give us 24 hours to check and confirm with the operator. If the recharge shows as not successful in the meantime then the amount would reflect in the easywallet (For registered users) or would show in your account within 2-12 working days (For guest recharges)." ..But it hasn't been resolve yet..I have email this complaint to [protected]@easymobilerecharge.com...But no reply!!! I have recharged my mobile at easy mobile recharge.the money have been deducted Bu my mobile is not recharged yet. Recharge no:[protected] Transaction no:56989000 HoPe I get my recharge back or the money to be refunded back Thank u
