Easy Movies — Money deducted from the account, but did not get the ticket confirmation


I have booked the ticket on easymovies website for the film "ninnukori" on july 10. They deducted the money from the account, but did not get the ticket confirmation. There is no one on the customer care number to answer the query. They lifted the call and asked to wait on hold to check the details and then never responded again.

The customer care number i called is [protected]. I need a refund of the amount of rs.117. Why do they maintain such an irresponsible customer care. I find many cases related to the same issue and i see it is the repeated thing happening with this company. Why do the government take any action on it

Even I faced same issue. Did you receive your money?
I have a move(geeth govindam) tickets(2) booking on 16/8/2018 on easymovies website and money 234rs but tickets not books and following attached are the details of transaction i request you to please resolve my problem and asap refund my money.
