Dear Team,

i have booked RRR movie 8 tickets (Total fare 2879.19) for 26.03.2022 (10.45 am Show) at hyderabad Sudersan 35mm.

But i want to Cancel the same tickets. I have choose wrong date.

Kindly refund my amount As soon as possible.
6 tickets one time and 2 tickets second time
1554.89 for 6 tickets and 518.3 for two tickes.
Total 2879.19 deduct from my PAYTM postpaid account.
Please resolve my issue.

Hi, this is bhadra i made a request with order # 201810131912354467652c paytm transaction id [protected] on 13-oct-2018 from easy movies hyderabad, but i didn't received any ticket confirmation sms or email from easy movies,, but amount was deducted from my account,, and they didn't refund my amount and they don't have contact number to contact either no response to my email.

But ticket is not booked.. Please refund my money. There is no customer care contact number to contact you people.. I got one number. No one will lift the call.. Please refund my money back..

I booked 4 movie tickets in vishwanath theatre, kukatpally, hyd through easy movies at july 28 2017 around 15:45 for the same day 9:45 show. Money is deducted from my account and tickets are not booked.

I paid money through paytm 469.55. Got a confirmation from paytm saying, (Paid rs. 469.55 to beyond baskins infotech. Wallet txn id: [protected]).

I tried multiple times to customer care number[protected] no one is responding/answering the phone.

Kindly look into this issue and refund my amount. Thank you.

i booked 3 tickets on july 25, 2017, i paid money by paytm 352.17 Rupees. Money deducted from my payment account and easy movies is showing me "Went to payment gateway" message.

When I approach paytm customer care they are asking for successful payment confirmation mail from your end. Please refund my money to my paytm acoount

It's really shame on your part if you are facing these type of problems after establishing a good brand image in the ticket booking market. Please respond and resolve my issue on priority, otherwise I am ready to send you the legal notice. As you are company is not maintaining any customer care number and customer supporting team. First be available for the customers then money will come as business grows.

I have booked the ticket on easymovies website for the film "ninnukori" on july 10. They deducted the money from the account, but did not get the ticket confirmation. There is no one on the customer care number to answer the query. They lifted the call and asked to wait on hold to check the details and then never responded again.

The customer care number i called is [protected]. I need a refund of the amount of rs.117. Why do they maintain such an irresponsible customer care. I find many cases related to the same issue and i see it is the repeated thing happening with this company. Why do the government take any action on it

Booked tickets for duvvada jagannadham movie on 2nd july 2017, 6/15 pm show at mallikarjuna theater kuakt pally. Money deducted rs. 234/-. But tickets not recieved. Hi i have booked tickets for bahubali-2 for 6 may 2.15 pm show in sudharshan 35mm theatre through easy movies today i. E 06may 2017 at 07:53:46. But tickets not confirmed but payment got processed successfully.
I paid through internet banking and it is also debited from my account.
Immediately i got message that "transaction no: [protected] for rs. 276.15 done for www.easymovies.in has succeeded".
But in the easy movies app or website not showing my booking statues its only shows "no bookings"

Details :
I tried booking 3 movie tickets online in easymovies using paytm wallet option with paytm ref number #2017031110234315279310c. The transaction is successful from paytm and it failed in easymovies site. Finally my tickets are not booked. I thought may be amount will be back in some time. I reached paytm and they informed that the transaction is successfull and the amount is paid to easymovies.

There is no customer care number given on easymovies site and they have provided only email id for support. I sent couple of followup emails but no one is responding. Can you help in getting the money back. Also these kind of people are to be severely punished. They charged 49.75 rupees as service charge for the tickets of amount 270. And are not giving the minimum service and refund for the failed transactions.

Let me know if i can provide any more details.

My account got deducted with 240 rupees when I tried to book tickests on 12/1/2017, satamanambhavathi 11.45 am show in viswanath theatre kukatpally. Tickets not confirmed. Hi For Online Movie Ticket booking, I recharged my Easy movies account([protected]) with money and booked ticket for two times and left it free for 2 months with a balance of Rs 65.04 as I haven't booked any ticket. But when I checked my Account balance in Sep 2014, I found that, an amount of Rs.22.48 is being deducted every month without any prior intimation to me.It was deduced 2 times till now and when I tried to contact them, they haven't provided any contact number.They are charging money at the time of ticket booking and at the time of recharging the account but I don't know why they are charging every month without any notice, even its not mentioned in Terms and Conditions.
