I booked the tickets for Bahubali just now amount deducted tickets not confirmed.
They are charging almost extra Rs50/.per ticket.
Easy movies is cheating web site.

Hi i have booked 4 tickets for the movie of Bahubali-2 in Viswanath theater (B 30, 31, 32, 33) kukatpally, Hyderabad @[protected] Morning show through SBI net Banking.
The Problem is I didn't received any confirmation message from your's side But amount was deducted... i tried to call your customer care for that problem but they didn't responed...
so plz try to understand my problem and resolve it as soon as possible and

I have tried 2 Transactions. Money was cut from my credit card.but did not get the ticket message.

Booked 3 tickets today at easy movies, money got deducted but there are no tickets..Phone no.s. are not working to contact customer care.

I have booked tickets for the movie of jaya janaki nayaka on 10-Aug-2017 for 11:30 am show in mallikarjuna theater. My Money was deducted, but tickets not booked. I tried booking again, but i faced same problem. Money deducted and tickets not booked. I tried calling customer care numbers[protected] . But no response. Phones are ringing but no one answered.
Total amount deducted is 352.17+352.17 = 704.34 inr.
Please look into this and refund my amount.
