[Resolved] eBay — Fraud warranty given by ebay | |||||
Dear sir, I purchased "letv le 1s clear soft back case cover gold tpu bumper for letv le 1s" online from ebay (Paisapay id : [protected]) on 10 feb 2016 and i received this product on 15 feb 2016 in a good condition so i put 100% positive feedback towards seller but within 15 days the golden colour of case cover become faded out and its look very odd. When i contacted to seller through telephone, his number shows no response. So i send him a message through ebay but when i didn't got any response from his side then again i send him a remainder but didn't got any response this time also so finally i contacted to ebay through customer care number, customer care executive also trying to contact with seller but not able to connect him so he suggest me to claim for refund as seller is not reachable. So finally i put for refund via claim id 1768832 on 07 mar 2016. On 14 mar 2016, i got a call from ebay claim department around 1500 hrs. Mr sanjeev told me that as this is the quality issue so ebay is not going concerned about it so we are rejecting yours claim when i asked him to transfer this call to his supervisor then mr jitendra come into line and he also spoke in the same tone and told me to contact seller directly, seller only help you out as ebay is not responsible for quality. Even i told him that who is going to take care of that seller as i don't know him, ebay is the only mediator between us then its ebay responsibility to take care of seller. Still he said no. Now there are few question to ebay: (1) ebay is the mediator then how ebay behave like this way as i don't know that seller directly or indirectly. (2) why ebay is not responsible for quality and that also this item which is sold 15 days back only. (3) why don't ebay take any action against these types of seller who don't give any responses to their customer after selling of their items/products. (4) why don't ebay have this type of software in which we can change our feedback after few days also. (5) why ebay claim department (Mr sanjeev and mr jitendra) are not customer supporter, why they are so rigid in their words. Last but not the least, i think flipkart and amazon are much better in terms of service and return policy in compare to all these types of fraud company who give 10 to 12% coupon code and later on simply run away from the customer problems.
