I can't understand why the claims adjuster not resolving the issue on receiving/acknowledging the required details for the resolution of the case.

Through india post vide airway receipt no. Cl[protected]in dt.[protected] of rs.52-00. No return pick up of the product available by other courier people hence through india post. Kindly arrange for the refund of the returned product amount rs.449-00 (Including coupon discount of rs.68-00, payback redemption of rs.77-00) and also arrange to reimburse the india post charges of rs.52-00 incurred by me for reshipment as early as possible. Please note the time limit exceeded as mentioned in your ebay guarantee policy resolution of claim processing exceeded.

By Forwarding Reminder e-mails more than 14 Times, Chat Sessions more than 6 Times, Telephonic Conversations with Customer Support Team more than 11 Times and on verifying all the above confirmed by ebay that the amount has not been refunded to me. I had also forwarded the above e-mails to the ebay helpdesk customer support for the resolution of the same. And Finally they agreed on verification of valid proofs forwarded by me to the concerned Department/team and arranged/approved through telephonic conversation by contacting/confirming the details/complaint for the Refund and intimated me through SMS that "Refunded an amount of Rs.52+Rs.68= Rs.120-00 via Coupon. Thank you very much for your Support in this regard.
eBay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
