[Resolved] Ebay.in — Faulty internal hard drive provided and no replacement from ebay | |||||
I have recently purchased an internal hard drive from Ebay on 18th Feb 2016 “PaisaPay ID: [protected]”, the item got delivered to me on 20th Feb 2015 “Item Number:[protected]”. When my engineer came to install the hard drive he said that it is not working properly and asked me to replace the item. I asked for a replacement under Ebay guarantee and lodged a complaint on 21st Feb 2016 the following day. I got a message from Ebay that they will get back to me within 5 days but I needed the replacement urgently so I myself contacted their customer support on 23rd Feb 2016 and asked the status, they said that we are not responsible for the same & you should contact the seller yourself or give the product to manufacturer service centre which was not at all acceptable by me as I have purchased of so high value, I didn’t use it for a single day So Ebay should help me to replace my item like amazon and flipkart. I am feeling really torturous right now as Ebay is not replacing my item & the customer support experience was very bad as the agent didn’t help me to get all my answers & disconnected the chat. Ebay is only interested in making profits and have no interest or care for their consumers. Please sue Ebay immedietly and shut down their services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
