I have ordered samsung micro sd microsdhc 32gb memory card class 10 evo (Item no:[protected] on 21st may against paisapay id [protected]. Payment of inr 425 was made through citi bank debit card. Yesterday i got a mail from ebay saying that "item deleted or archived. Contact customer support." "since you've already paid for the item, you don't need to do anything else. If your item hasn't arrived yet, it should arrive soon. If it doesn't, then you'll want to open a case. You can learn how to do this, plus find timelines for opening cases, at: http://pages. Ebay.In/help/buy/item-not-received. Html#resolution" Although there is an dispatch details of dtdc updated in site. The awb no is updated as courier name dtdc airway bill number z90288025 I have called ebay yesterday (23-may-2016) and i told them what happen as i am unable to track that z90288025 in dtdc site. Ebay customer care team told me that it will update in dtdc site shortly. Till now it has not updated in site. Now i called the ebay customer care today (24-may-2016) again and i told the same thing. But today they are saying that the seller has updated wrong dispatch information in site and i won't be getting the delivery. Then i asked them to initiate the refund process. But they are telling that i need to wait for 7days and call them again. Why should i call them every time. The interaction id is 1-[protected]. The way ebay is cheating customer is really pathetic. No reply from EBay so far...No support from Cosumer complaint handling team . Its really pathetic experience.

As per eBay policies, the seller is intimated to ship the item within 3 working days and he has to enter the shipping details in his PaisaPay. After 3 days of shipping, the delivery timelines of 7 working days is applicable for the item to be delivered to you.
As per our records, your product was shipped on 23-May-2016 through DTDC . The tracking information shows that the item is in transit.
So we would request you to keep patience to the delivery timeline of 7 days from the date of shipment are over.
However, if you have still not received the item we would request you to file an ' Item was not received ' claim under eBay guarantee via 'eBay resolution Center'.
It takes a maximum of 20 days to resolve a case, but your claim adjuster will keep you updated regarding the same.

Hi Team,
No response from ebay team. The maximum delivery date i.e 01-JUN-2016 is also passed . No update on the refund process. Very very bad experience . Tried to call customer care @ [protected] multiple time for around 2 hrs but nobody picked up the call and no reply through email.
