Dear Team, Below are some details about the item I purchased from Ebay: Paisa Pay Id - [protected] Claim No : 1652547 Purchase Date - 19/01/16 Item Name - Sony Bravia 43" Inch LED 3D TV Amount : Rs 48, 999 Courier - FedEx Tracking number[protected] Claim Raise Date : Jan 25, 2016 Complaint Id - 1-[protected] Complaint Date - 24th Feb, 2016 Till date their is no refund from Ebay, every executive sitting out there is reciting the same poem of waiting for 24 - 48 hours. Nobody is giving any resolution to that. Seems like they don't want to refund the amount. After waiting on calls for minimum 20 minutes, these guys come up and say wait for 24 - 48 hours to get an update. 45 days had passed listening to same thing even from the Senior Supervisors, they commit something and speak some good English lines. Listening to supervisor you will have little satisfaction that issue will be resolved but after waiting it results in no mans land. Junior staff members : Deepak, Ankush from Gurgaon Support office communicated the same thing so many times and gave false commitments. Everything is recorded on the calls. When I try to get some more information out of them they just hand up the call or just put on hold and talk to senior supervisor because they are still in learning phase. Please take a strict action on these call centers as they are harassing the customers. Even in case of return of shipment I had to pitch in to get the status from FedEx Courier Delivery Team. And they delayed the shipment for 10 days. Is it buyers fault? I have paid for the item and then returned, should get refund with in 5 working days maximum. Why should I wait for the item to be received by seller? Then what Ebay guys are doing in between? It is FedEx Team fault but only BUYER IS GETTING EFFECTED. NEITHER SELLER NOR EBAY IS AT LOSS. Hopefully this complaint reaches right hands and resolution should be provided asap because I have no more trust left on so called EBAY GUARANTEE. For kind information I had to pay interest on item which was cancelled and returned to seller successfully.
