Ebay.in — It has been 2 months and i didn't get any resolution | |||||
Hello/hi, Myself om prakash, i bought a mobile phone form ebay which was cost of 18, 499. Here is my issue in points - I paid on 18th of feb, 2016. My prodect reached me on 22nd of feb! I found it faulty as it has yellow line on display and was little damaged from top too! I called to seller and he suggest me to contact nearest service center. I did same, service center guy said that its physical damaged and cannot be repaired under warranty! I called seller and told the same, he asked me to ship the package to seller address and he will replace my phone shortly. I raised this concern on ebay and after one week, ebay arranged a pick-up for the same. Here courier delay the pick-up and picked it up on 7th of march instead on 2nd. Here come the twist- When i saw the status on fedex website the seller refused to accept, i called to seller and he said me that package was open and tear down already. I asked for open delivery but fedex denied. I called on fedex customer support and raised i complaint, complaint number is [protected]. Now today fedex returned the courier to me only and when i checked then as expected, headset was missing from packagem only charger and data cable is these only. And these was some kind of cardboard too, i don't have any idea what was that. Now what should i do? I called to fedex, they asked me to wait, i called to ebay, they also asked me to wait. Ebay daily says me that you will receive call shortly or end of the day but no call comes to me at all. I would not take it lightly no more! Its totally cheat. I want my money back. Else i would go to police and launch a fir against the same. I cant bear the loss of my money. I will ask my lawyer to file a case against the same if i feel helpless. It already has been more than 20 days n i get nothing expect loss.
