[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Making me fool

I, Siddharth Srivastava customer of ebay. I purchase many products through ebay. My Last product is “LENOVO K4 NOTE”. When I open the product (Mobile phone) on the screen there is no sticker of the configuration of the phone. After using few hour touches started not working I call to ebay they asked me for a DOA letter. I mailed them DOA letter on 28 March 2016 which is also my claim open day. They told me that they will call me in a next 48 hour and they will update me. But I did not get any call or mail within 48 hour. After 48 hour they call me and told me that scan copy is not clear and I have to mail again with stamp. I go back to the Lenovo service center and take a stamp on that and again mail them. I got same mail that they will call me in next 48 hour and update me date is 4th April. My claim is open on 28th march and now it is 4 April 2016 (8 days gone but nothing updated). After 4th April I call them and they are continues saying the same think that they will contact with seller and update in next 48 hour but they did not call me. After 48 hour I call them and ask for the update they are now saying your claim is open and your problem will resolve within 20 days. Again they did not call or mail me with any update even after 48 hour pasted. Now it’s 11th April I again call them and ask for update again the same think happen I will get a call from ebay or mail for update now I started shouting now they told me I am arranging a call for you in a high priority but again the same thing is happen I did not get any call. Now I am very angry but still have some passions and ask why they are not providing me update and now I ask for any high officer so they transfer my call to any other people who are saying the same thing. Now they mail me on 13th April 2016 that I have to send back the product (Mobile phone) to the seller.

On 14th April I send the product through first flight courier. On 17th of April it is received at the Bangalore center and delivery boy went to deliver the product but they did not receive the product I again call ebay and ask for update they give me the excuse that product is not reach at the Bangalore yet when I give the whole information of the product then they check and told me that Sorry sir I will inform the seller he will receive the product and you will be updated with in next 48 hour and on 18th of April my 20 days is over which is also my time line and when I ask them today my time line is going to end then they told me that my time line is extend till 23rd of April 2016 they again didn’t call me within the time line I again call them and ask for the update same answer I received from them which I hope they will call me and update me in next 48 hour. Now I contacted with grievance team via mail they mail me that they will contact with in 24 hour. They call me within 24 hour I discus the whole problem they give me the moral support that they will resolve as soon as possible. And again my hope is still with they and on 28th when I call them again they started saying the same now I am very angry. They talk with claim team and inform me that I will get my money back within 15days. 15 days is time line for the DD. I start waiting 15 days more but on 2nd May morning I received a call from ebay and then they told me that they are closing my claim and I will get DD after 15 days from 2nd may today is 5th May and I did not receive and update of DD. I think DD is also take 30 days plus to made. Now I don’t have 15 days because I don’t have no more trust and passions. So I am giving you 5 days for returning my money back. And I did not get any update regarding DD. Today is 23rd of may now there saying to me your DD is genrated on 5th of May but it has to despatch. On 17th of may I called to ebay and they told me that I have to wait till 23rd may and today is 26th of may time is but till now i did not get any information any information till now. I will get my money back or not. Now i am hope less and metaly disturb due to ebay.

We are checking with the team regarding your issue, will update you soon on the same kindly allow us some time.
