I had ordered a product on eBay.in Product: Rogaine For Men Extra Strength Hair Regrowth Treatment 1 Month Supply[protected] Order confirmation: PaisaPay ID [protected] Date: 16-May-2015 Credit card Total: Rs. 1, 432.82 Ship to: Mrs. Veena Bhavnani, C3, Jeevan Jyot, 14 Road, Opp Dominos Pizza, Near Khar Telephone Exchange, Khar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400052 IN ____________________________________________________________________________ On 18-May-2015, I received an email from eBay stating that the seller "indee_vnmrb" has shipped my item. Courier name: DELHIVERY.COM, Airway Bill Details:[protected] ____________________________________________________________________________ On 26-May-2015, I received another email from eBay asking me to confirm receipt of product. The email stated that seller indee_vnmrb was to deliver by 25-May-15. This email had a simple button to click and confirm receipt of item, which I had instantly clicked and confirmed about non-receipt of product. ____________________________________________________________________________ On 29-July-2015, I wrote to eBay asking them for a response on refund of my money that I had paid to buy this product which was never delivered. I had received a response from Mr. Ajoy Antony of eBay customer service on 31-July-2015, stating the details have been sent to the relevant department and they are looking into the issue and they will get in touch with me soon. ____________________________________________________________________________ On 26-August-2015, I had to write back to eBay to remind them to look at the issue and resolve it at the earliest. ____________________________________________________________________________ On 05-September-2015, I received a last email from Mr. Jaypal Patil of eBay customer service stating: On checking the details of my account they noticed that the claim filed by me was failing under non-eligibility criteria, Hence they regret to inform me that the claim has been closed and the refund request has been rejected. They say that, As per eBay policies they cover items under eG only if the item received is not as described / not as expected. And then they say that, in this case the item I received is completely as per description but not as per my expectation. So, eBay would not be able to intervene in this anymore hence as the claim falls under non-eligible criteria. While they have completely ignored the fact that the product was never received at my end. ____________________________________________________________________________ I have not contacted them after receiving this last email communication.
