[Resolved]  Ebay.in — not delivery on time

This is my very bad experience with ebay. I booked one mobile on[protected] during the time of booking it was showing the delivery date [protected].but still I have not received any details about the shipment whether it is ready for delivery or where it is . When I contacted to eBay customer support even they don’t have the idea where is the shipment. And the details which is they mention on website about the seller that is also wrong the mobile number is not genuine and when I try to contact on the email id . I didn’t receive any response from the mail. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I don’t know why ebay is not taking any action against the fake seller if they are not able to do the commitment. Still I didn’t received any response from the seller as well as the eaby. Ebay is not working like professional company like flip kart and Amazon and other online e-commerce website. Let me know when you can deliver my product or should I cancel the order.
