I bought xioami redmi 3s prime on 18th jan 2017, still i didnt received the item and contacted the courier compay (fedex) they said they have lost the item while shipment and then i contacted ebay for morethan 7times, everytime i call they said ur issue has been escalated and u will get solution within 72 hours likewise i waited for 1 month. i gave enough time to resolve the issue now i want my refund immediately. i m about to pay my emi without receiving the product which is horrible.
