Ebay.in — to refund the amount

Sir, I ordered black colour Sony Xperia Z ultra . The colour of received mobile is white. But i ordered black colour. And inside the mobile box, billed amount by SARF trading is Rs.18049 (this amount for white XPERIA Z ULTRA). But on the envelope the total billed amount is Rs.19550(this is for black colour XPERIA Z ULTRA). I paid the amount for black colour mobile, but i received white colour. I don't want replacement for this product. But i want refund the amount of Rs.1501, which is the extra amount i paid for XPERIA Z ULTRA WHITE. I request you to refund the amount in my bank account. I already raised the complaint in ebay.in. My complaint Id is 793490. But there is no response for my complaint. I had sent the images of the received mobile, but when i contact custumer support they are saying, "we cannot receive your images, so please resend that images".
