Hello Sir,

Through this complaint I would like to draw your kind attention on the E-Commerce companies who display original products in their websites and cheat their customers by selling them duplicate poor quality products. They have built up a very simple fool proof mechanism in which they are enriching themselves at the cost of innocent customers. Let me explain you in brief about this mechanism. A customer places his order after seeing the original product displayed at the website of the Online Merchant at a very competitive price. The order is placed on" Cash on Delivery" basis. The companies then confirm the order over a phone call. Then soon within a week or so the delivery boy arrives and insists to pay for the item before giving a chance to open the pack and verify the quality and genuinity of the item delivered. Finally the customer is obliged to pay for the item before checking it and is left at the mercy of the company thereafter. When the customer tries to contact the company then the company turns deaf ears to the customer as it has got its full money by fraud and cheating.

The same thing happened with me. I had placed an order for a 20000 mAh MI Power Bank at the website www.ebazar.ninja after looking at the product displayed by you at Rs.1050/- on 12th August, 2016. The order was placed on COD basis with the Order ID OID167701. The product displayed on their offer webpage appeared to be quite original one. But on 19th August, 2016 when I finally received the order via. Ecom express then I was quite surprised to find that instead of an Original MI power bank I was being sent a duplicate power bank by the company. The Courier boy insisted me to pay the full amount even before opening the product as the product was being delivered by them in a sealed condition. So I paid him the full amount of Rs. 1050/- immediately.
But soon after when the courier boy left and I started to go through the product then while observing the make and functionality of the product I found that the product was a duplicate one and was different from the product displayed at the company's offer webpage. After that I immediately tried to call them at number[protected] from which I had received the order confirmation call on 12th August, 2016. But I was again shocked when my call was intentionally being disconnected by you people again and again. Then I again tried to contact them on their no. [protected], but again my call was not getting connected due to their fake IVRS system which is meant to befool people by keep on waiting indefinitely. I even sent mail to you at [protected]@ebazar.ninja to discuss the matter but they grossly ignored my mail even.

Now the scenario was quite clear that I had been deceived and cheated by the company as I had received a duplicate product instead of the original one. Then I rushed to the courier office to claim my money back as I had received a fake product from the consignor. But they straightaway refused to refund my money stating that there job is just to deliver the product handed over to them by the consignor and collect the money and remit to them. They can't do anything in this regard.

Now after when my calls and emails were ignored by the company again and again then I sent them a mail drawing their attention on the Customer Protection Act of 1986 . Now as they were in fault so in the fear of getting sued in Court they agreed to take the reverse delivery of the product but didn't clarified regarding the payment mode of the refund amount. Before Returning the product I asked them regarding the payment mode of the refund amount, but they replied that they will see to it once they receive back the product. Finally on 15th September, 2016 the product was picked up back from me by the courier boy from Delhivery Courier Service. I handed over the item to the courier boy which he carried away with him after proper verification, thereby giving me an acknowledgement receipt of the return.
Then on 22nd September, 2016 I received a call from the company from the no. [protected]. They called up and offered me a coupon equivalent to the refund amount to purchase any other item from their company again. But by now as I was quite familiar with the fraudulent practices of the company, so I clearly denied to accept any coupon instead of the refund amount in Cash/NEFT. I again warned them to face legal suit if they didn't refund my full amount and disconnected the call. Then soon around after half an hour when I again tried to contact the company on the same no. i.e. [protected] to know their final decision they again ignored my call grossly. Till date I haven't received any further reply from them regarding the issue. They have again started ignoring all my calls and emails.

Hence I request you to pls help in getting due justice from the company and teach them a lesson by giving them a suitable punishment for the cheating and fraud committed by them, so that they don't ever dare to trap any other customer to enrich themselves at customer's cost.

Finally after facing so much of harassment and wasting so much of time and money by calling them again and again I have received my refund today, after giving them today's deadline to resolve the matter out of court. They have refunded my money via NEFT. Lots of thanks to the Forum in helping me resolving my issue. I had the worst experience with eBazar Ninja and so would advise never to purchase any product from this company. The company sells fake products by displaying the original ones and traps customers by offering products at very low prices. LOTTS OF THANKS TO THE INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM AGAIN.

Ebazar Ninja is a top class fraud and cheap company. It cheats innocent customers by selling them fake and duplicate products.Such companies should be exposed by all the possible medias so that people are being saved from their clutches.

After I had lodged complaint on this site I received a call from the escalation team on 28.09.16 asking me to mail me my bank details so that they can process my refund next day on 29.09.16. I immediately mailed them my bank details required by them on the same day. After that the escalation team has neither refunded my money nor they are attending my calls. Either they disconnect my call or they do not pick it up. Each time when I try to talk to the customer care then either they don't take my call or tell me that "pls wait for 24-48 hrs." When I again call up after 48 hours then I am again being told the same thing. I just can't understand what a third grade cheap class company is this which only know to harass its customers. I had never seen such a cheap company like this. If they don't refund my money soon then I will be forced to sue the company before the court of law claiming my money together with the compensation for so much of harassment faced by me because of their repeated ignorance.
