[Resolved] Ecom Express — complaint about door delivery [protected] | |||
Track number [protected]. Purchased amazon prime product from amazon @ 16/07/19. The product is out for delivery on 20/07/19. Ecom express states that they are not ready to deliver the product to home. Customer have to arrange vehicle to their warehouse to collect the product. On 21/07/2019 received call from ecom express and spoke with mr. Pavan. He told me to wait for tomorrow morning for the delivery of the product to doorsteps. I have all the call recording with me.
