[Resolved] Ecom Express — complaint on delivery code [protected] | |||
Hi ecom express team, This is srinivasu and i have ordered woodland shoe on flipkart and it was delivered today through ecom express Delivery item code ecom express - [protected] Here i have attached the delivery details also. The ecom express delivery boy delivered the same to me. But the boy was very rude even doesn't have sense to talk with the customers. I was just looking my courier and the boy shouted at me and talked some abused words in local language "kannada". Is this the behavior or manner to talk with the customer. Plz trained them first then send them to the respective customer. My personal advise dont recruit this type of cheap fellows and dont spoil your company name. (Too much rude behavior).
