From bangalore to the shipment address it takes only 3hrs of travel. Yu are taking 5 days. Yet you dint deliver. Nobody is responsible. Whom to complain.? Do the needful. This is unfair. Worst ever. I am very disappointed about the Ecom Express service. I had ordered a product from snap deal to Madikeri, Karnataka, product reached m place within 2 days but it is delivered not to my home even after a week. Instead I received messages as delivery attempted failed, delivery boys didn't even came to my house.
i had ordered a product in snapdeal they don't deliver to kutta but ecom express take the order i should go 40km to take the product
