Ecom Express — deliberately delaying for delivery even after out for delivery since saturday | |||
I order from flipkart on 9 jan / as promised date was Friday 12 jan/ but since Saturday both tracking ( flip kart and Ecom Express ) showing out for delivery since Saturday Morning & i still not get my product . there is no cordination between these two / nobody is giving a clear answer when i will get my product . this is the worst service and customer service providing to customers from flipkart and ecom express courier service . I had ordered two pairs of jeans from myntra but got only one that too a wrong product and charged for two now I am trying to call your executive but he is not picking up. Ifthis problem is not resolved urgently I will sue you. I want my money back .
