Ecom Express — delivery negligence.... | |||
I ordered some products from amazon... and was delivered by ecom... but later 2 of my product was returned without even trying to deliver or contacting me... again I got a message for delivery of one product I ordered on amazon (awb[protected] I wait to be contacted but nothing happen so I went to the place of delivery in our area at about 3:35pm but was told that the delivery boy has already left... when I track my order I saw a msg o[censored]ndelivered because o[censored]nlocatable addrress ... if it is so then how on earth did they delivered five of my previous product to the same addrress????... kindly arrange for early delivery of the same.. I ordered my product from flipkart . At first attempt i was unable to take call and they didn't made the 2nd attempt yet. On asking they said there are a lots of packages so we don't make 2nd attempt.
