Ecom Express — Gold product Which returned | |||||
I purchased a gold product through Tanishq (part of Titan Industries) on 1st May. The product was received on 5th May and I returned it on 8th May for which I yet to receive the refund. The cost of the product is Rs. 8359. After a strict follow up for more than a month, today received a mail from the Titan group claiming that product was never picked up. Where in I have complete order pick up details as well. I can also fetch the CCTV footage of the community. Further details of the products are: Order number: 4134436 Ticket number for return pick up:TKT-[protected] (Item picked up on 8th may by Blue Dart) Awb number:[protected] Reference number for order pick up:[protected]. I was truly shocked by the response mail. Requesting you to do the needful at the earliest and if possible such e-com sellers should not be allowed to sell products online.
