[Resolved] Ecom Express — I'm complaining about an undelivered product | |||||
I ordered a product from amazon last week. And now fit 3 whole days they are saying that the product is out for delivery. 3 days!!! Really? I called the delhi no of ecom express and they said that our address is all good and it's clear and all that. They even said that they called me but my no was switched off. That is a lie i have not received any calls and my phone was never switched off. Please redress this. I am very angry with the service or lack of it and i will be there to receive the package and show my displeasure as well. Was this information helpful? | |||||
