[Resolved] Ecom Express — not delivering product | |||
I have order watch from titan estore. The product was diapatched through ecom express and reached delivery jamakhandi on 22.05. Morning status on website was out on delivery but evening it was consumer was not refused to accept the parcel. These people have not called me and even not tried deliver and simply put the status. I tried calling that courier and he told me that he will deliver it on 23.05. But that person was not picking my calls. And then i tried ecom customer care, he informed me that the parcel will be delivered tommorrow. I dont understand for delivering product will take 3 days in a same city. I doubt these people will deliver product Same thing happened with me when i order through myntra that time also the same courier and the parcel went back to the company. Please on line vendors, instruct ecom to deliver products to customer or be ready to loose business. Was this information helpful? | |||
