[Resolved] Ecom Express — Package is not delivered | |
I have a purchased a product from flipkart and received an SMS yesterday with a contact number and PIN and it was mentioned that the agent will contact - ecom express Rajakumari. I have not received any call from anyone from ecom and received an SMS in the evening 'the package was undelivered as the address was unlocatable'. I have received multiple packages from amazon and flipkart in the past through ecom and now the address is vanished into thin air? Was this information helpful? | |
Jan 19, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Although ECOM hasn't responded and being very irresponsible, Flipkart resolved the issue. Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
