[Resolved] Ecom Express — product is not delivered but marked as delivered | |||
Hi I placed order in myntra for 5 products on 10th october. And 2 products where delivered successfully from ekart logistics. And rest 3 products where shipped from ecom express. 1 product with the tracking id [protected] was marked as delivered on16th october, delivery person didn't call me or delivered product but he updated the product as delivered with the signature. And thereare 2 more products shipped from same courier and it's out for delivery since 2 days and it's marked undelivered by the delivery person without calling me and the tracking ids are[protected] and[protected]. Seriously its very disappointing service nd frustrated by this. I need resolution as earliest on thisand all the 3 products delivered. And i need the delivery person contact number too.
