Ecom Express — Product is not delivering, delivery agent is cancelling my order | |
I have ordered a product from amazon( order no: awb [protected]), ecom express from shirahatti delivery agent is not delivering the product since from 2 days and asking to come to their location to pick the order as they do not have big vehical to deliver big product. But i have placed an order with home delivery order and it should be delivered to my home adress, i can not travel 30km far. And delivery agent is calling me and threatening me to provide the delivery code before the order delivery and they are telling they will provide this product via KSRTC bus and we have to go to bus stand and receive it. Can you please transfer the product to different delivery agent or company, as this agent not delivering my product and trying to cancel the product stating i have refused to receive it. this is really not acceptable. please provide my order as soon as possible its been 4 days they are keeping my order. and please not do not cancel my request without my consent and deliver my order earlier.
