[Resolved]  Ecom Express — product not delivered, but delivered notification only received

I was ordered the Redmi 5A mobile in flipkart. My product delivery expexted in 31st jan or 1st feb. But product earlierly came on 30th jan. From ecom express i received the delivery call on 30th jan. But i told him to the service boy i will take on delivery on 31st jan at 12.30 pm. But till evg 5.30 pm, the product not came to my end. But @7.01 pm your product was delivered notification only came from the flipkart. Product yet not came to my hand.My flipkard Order id OD[protected]
Today i went to the attur ecom express and there is your product was returned, like this comment received from the service staffs. But i have a delivered status and also invoice copy. But how it to be return????
