I had ordered a mobile phone from Snapdeal on 18.11.2014. On 19.11.2014 it reached Ecom Express Belgaum hub.Even after 6 days the product has not been shipped and it is still at Belgaum.Such a delay from the courier company canot be justified.Request you to deliver the product as early as possible. I have ordered through jabong, i haven't received the product and, they messaged me as the product is delivered, still no response from the courier service, And the product havent received till now, without delivering the item, i am going through this compalint to consumer court againt jabong, aswell as ecomexpress, because its already paid so product delivered to someone else i guess, i haven't received product i ill go to court no matter
