Ecom Express — product not received yet and poor service offered by ecom express jamshedpur supervisor | |||
I ordered a product from amazon which was expected to reach on 1of dec by ecom express. But i got the message about the address unlocatable. Then i had a talk with amazon customer care and they told me that the phone number was unreachable so then they updated my phone number and assured me that i ll get the product by 5th of dec. But everyday i got the same message. Then between that i also contacted ecom express customer care. 1st time they didnt have address or phone number of the jamshedpur office and again i call them now they have contact number of the supervisor incharge. Then when i contacted supervisor (Arvind kumar), he didnt pick up the call and sometimes he rejected my call. Then i sent him whatsapp message, he just saw the message and not replied yet. I had purchased it for someone’s birthday occasion which they have ruined .
They have to compensate for their negligence so that it won’t happen with anyone .
