Ecom Express — Product shows delivered but still I didn't get my product. | |||
I am Navneet Sinha. I have placed an order on 30th Nov 2020 of I kall K3312 Dark Blue mobile phone which was scheduled to be delivered on 2nd Dec 2020 but I haven’t got any delivery from the Ecom Express. When I checked the status of my purchased item on 2nd Dec, on the paytm as well as Ecom Express site they are showing that my mobile phone is delivered, but I haven’t got that phone so. I registered a complaint on ECom Expess Pvt. Ltd on 2nd Dec 2020 and they gave me a complaint no :-(Tracking no:[protected]. I regularly called the customer care service for updates but they are always misguiding me. Since 2nd Dec 2020, it’s more than 42 days passed but still they are not giving me proper solution for my complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
