Ecom Express — Shipment not delivered till date!!! | |||
I ordered a product from snapdeal.com on 7th May'14, they promised they will deliver it by 10th May'14 & till date there is no information about my shipment???? I tried calling snapdeal as ecom express, but there is no proper response from any of them. It is one of most disguisting & worst experience I have gone through. ecom express is not at all responding, they are very unprofessional & rude behaviour. snapdeal is only spoiling its own brand and trust from customers by tieing up with this kind of inexpereicned & unprofessional couriers!!! hello custumer care, i ordered a premium shrit combo of 5 shirts in homeshop 18 at the date of[protected].even till now they didn't delivered the parcel.they doesn't give a good response when i make a contact.we are in need of the shirts, so only we ordered, but they are doing a worst job.if they are not able to do this job means please do some action on the site.because we are suffering a lot like this sites.
