[Resolved] Ecom Express — showing pickup rescheduled for 6 days | |
I ordered an item on myntra on 8th august, on 10th august in myntra site it showed 'item is shipped' with awb number:[protected], but while checking ecom express site it shows pickup reschedule from 10th august to 16th august no movement, usually it takes 2 to 3 days for delivery of an item from bengaluru when using other shipping services. I think they don't care about their customers Was this information helpful? | |
Sep 10, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved On the same day i complained at evening the item moved and i got my product Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

I ordered from myntra and the delivery partner Ecom express. When i tracked my order on ecom exoress it is showing pick-up rescheduled from last 4 days. And on myntra it is showing item shipped.
