Ecom Express — Stealing of the product

My suborder id no is [protected] / [protected] . After having some size issues i returned this product . Ecom express company representative came to pick up the product, they collected the product after checking everything and they gave me the receipt of returning the product . Now when i am asking snapdeal to return my money they are saying that they have received some other product, so they wont return me the money . I dont understand why i am not getting my money back . It is the mistake of that courier guy . They must have done some short of stealing and all. Why i am going to pay for that . Snapdeal website is a big time thief and liar .

I have order from GOLD24.in .
The consignment thy shiped very fast as promised as i want urgently.
The consignment is near my location but thy didnt delivered.
When i called and asked thy told cancel the order if you want.We will deliver within 4 days.

Worst service,
Courier service is telling cancel the order.
No value of customer.
The delivery man was not come at a time
I had purchased a pair of jeans from Jabong, order no.[protected], due to size issue i had requested an exchange. I get a call from the delivery boy of this courier service telling me to hand him the product at a place 1 km far from my house i.e the provided pick up address.When i ask him why isn't he coming to the given pickup address he says the guy supposed to do the pickup service is on leave for 3 days and he was doing this service on his behalf so he won't be able to come to the given address. I then ask him to collect the item when the guy joins office he tells me that won't be possible since that day falls on Sunday and their office is closed on Sundays and further warns me that pickup service is available for 3 days only and no item will he collected henceforth.I call the cc service at ecom express...they are unable to resolve my case. This is the worst service I've seen so far.
Ecom tracking id :[protected], this package is not yet delivered to me. Address:educadd, 2nd floor, kamraj building, near to anna bus stand, nagercoil, pin:629001. I need that package by today.
