[Resolved]  Ecom Express — wrong update

I would like inform to ecom express, india worst service.
My awb no.[protected] this product never received and never get call from any ecom express delivery boy.

But today i check and tracked online its show rto.

Worst service.., now i will raise complaint against your ecom express in government of india
Ministry of consumer affairs, food & public distribution
Department of consumer affairs.

Why I should contact shopping Portal? This product out of stock now. With out my intimation how can return the product? Who want to pay this discount offer money?
I blaming Ecom Express because never contact me and update I rejected product ( Refused to receive product).
I want your service executive phone number and name whose update wrong.
I heard Ecom best but how come without contact update the status.
I want to my product or shipment, I checked with my shopping Portal above sent product no more stock. If stock coming also price will increase.

Immediately take action on my complaint, I will raise complaint at Government of India

I am glad to see that someone is ready to raise the dispute to a higher level and that's what I have been preaching here as well.
When you pay for something, you agree for a service or product in return. In this case, the service as per you was not provided to you within a reasonable parameter of acceptance. If you are not satisfied, first raise a concern directly with the involved party and if the concern or complaint is not resolved even after that, please take it further and make your complaint on a higher level.
You can even knock the doors of consumer courts and even ask for compensation.
