Ecomexpress — The parcel is undelivered

I have odered earpods from croma and it has been messaged to me that on 11april i will get my parcel and it has come to the nearest store and it has been showed that the parcel is out for delivery and i was waiting when the parcel will come at 16.40pm i got message that your parcel is undelivered at that time only i conatct to the phone number given below but it was showing that not reachable and i mailed also at company but no response has been came yet and it was not expected that ecomexpress will do this but the DTDC express is giving fastest response and fastetst delivery and if no action will be taken i will be complaining in court against this
