I have issue going on with my Claim with EDELWEISS INSURANCE BROKERS.
I have been calling them on several times and the ans that i get is ill be receiving an email on my email add in regards to the claim, its been more than 2 months where in it was said that it will take 20 working days.My documents were been uploaded on 19th November 2015, still no proper affirmation provided.
