Customer care lies all the time. put the call on hold and hangs up. promises to call back and dont.they told me that my second claim will be intimated just after the settlement of first claim.but they took to long.then they intimated the claim.i uploaded all documnets online i also have confirmation receipt the very next day i received a mail of claim closed due to non submission of documets.after calling them 5 more times a new mail comes to upload the documents again.when i was trying one more mail of a new claim intimation comes regarding theft insurance..i wanted to intimate accidental damage due to this error i could not resubmit my documents as they are different for accidents and theft.
they company has been a liar ever since i asked them for the first calim postponing it for two days every now and then a took around one & half month.
the details of the mails i have kept as prove but the employees are the one who made me a fool..they told me that they have raised a query nd that i will get the approval later and hence i should wait before getting it repaired.and after waiting months calling and mailing the company 30 times. And today after calling them thrice they tell me its not in their policy.then y did they make me wait for it so long. Was this information helpful? |
