Edelweiss Insurance Brokers — Regarding claim amount

Its almost 3 months and the company didn't process claim settlement. I posted all the original documents by normal India post and they said they didn't receive it. If they didn't receive then the parcel must return back to my address as per the postal rule. I again send the copies which I had with me and now they are demanding the original copy which I send them earlier. I manage to get the original repair bill copy (softcopy) from company via email and forward the same email to them. Still they want it in original in hard copy. I am fed with there procedure. Every time they make excuses and there responses are hopeless. Please help me what to do and how to complain.
