I purchased samsung e7 moblie from the mobile store, sumit and also did insurance against theft and accidental damage. The moblie store issued me insurance certificate of national insurance company having edelweiss insurance brokers ltd. My phone got damaged on 7th june 2016 and i upload all the claim formalities on same day. On 21st my all claim documents reached at their company and they said it will take one month to finalize your claim...

I have been calling them on several times and the ans that i get is ill be receiving an email on my email add in regards to the claim, its been more than 2 months where in it was said that it will take 20 working days.My documents were been uploaded on 19th November 2015, still no proper affirmation provided....

Hi, I bought Blackberry Q5 mobile from The mobile store along with Insurance (ADTMS2518183) for liquid and accidental damage. On 2-Nov-15, while i was going on my friends bike, mobile slipped from my hand and followed car tyre rolled over handset. I went to The mobile store to know the procedure and filled claim according to procedure suggested. Edelweiss observed case of total loss of handset and asked me to submit all documents...

Its almost 3 months and the company didn't process claim settlement. I posted all the original documents by normal India post and they said they didn't receive it. If they didn't receive then the parcel must return back to my address as per the postal rule. I again send the copies which I had with me and now they are demanding the original copy which I send them earlier. I manage to get the original repair bill copy (softcopy) from company...

Customer care lies all the time. put the call on hold and hangs up. promises to call back and dont.they told me that my second claim will be intimated just after the settlement of first claim.but they took to long.then they intimated the claim.i uploaded all documnets online i also have confirmation receipt the very next day i received a mail of claim closed due to non submission of documets.after calling them 5 more times a new mail comes...
