Edelweiss Insurance Brokers — Delay in Insurance claim settlement

I purchased samsung e7 moblie from the mobile store, sumit and also did insurance against theft and accidental damage. The moblie store issued me insurance certificate of national insurance company having edelweiss insurance brokers ltd. My phone got damaged on 7th june 2016 and i upload all the claim formalities on same day. On 21st my all claim documents reached at their company and they said it will take one month to finalize your claim settlement. But now above 2 months has gone but there is no response from the company i have received yet. I made so many calls and e mails to customer care department but nothing conclusion comes out every time they said wait for two working days but god knows when that 2 days comes. It was really a bad experience for me. I had never seen this type of worst company in my whole life. Please help me to get my claim from the company.
