Hi - I enrolled in an online, instructor-led Power BI training course offered by Edureka. After enrollment, I had to request to change my class schedule since I became unavailable during the pre-decided schedule. Eventually, the slots which were provided were not at all fitting with my work and other engagement schedules. Since I couldn't join the class and the course, I asked for a refund of the course fee I paid. At the time of enrollment, I was never told that the course fee is non-refundable, rather in fact I was given assurance that all sorts of flexibilities will be given. As far I remember I never gave any consent to non-refundable service. I would have accepted to enroll for another course using the money if my expected course were available on the platform. But it is not. Therefore, I reached out to their customer care team to request a refund but after trying multiple times, it was denied. I reached out to both Kapil Tyagi and Lovleen Bhatia for their intervention. But no response was received. Since I am not getting a resolution, For this reason, I am raising my issue in this forum to get some help. I paid Rs. 11002.
