[Resolved]  Edureka — They have not assigned me the course which I have asked for and when I ask for refund they are not responding

I have enrolled for the Devops Training certification on 3rd April through a person from Edureka team named Mr.Rajesh ( Contact Number : [protected]). While enrolling the course I have asked for the immediate weekday batch and he said the batch will start on 8th of April but later he assigned me the batch for 6th of April. I asked him regarding this he told me we can change that at any point of time and April 8th batch has been cancelled. After enrollment he was not responding to any of my calls and in WhatsApp he delayed my queries. Also one more important thing he promised me that he will offer 3 Self based training course along with the instructor led training at that point itself I clearly said i need course like API testing, selenium through python and Javascript testing and it should not be with respect to any other technology since am having 8 years of professional experience in automation testing. For this that guy told me yeah we are having all the courses in self based you can choose from it. But after enrollment he shared a link and in that only "Test complete" course was there which i have not asked for.. Also my batch got delayed. I have been asking to cancel my enrollment from 6th April since nothing has been done as promised. I am really feeling this is a kind of cheating stuff in educational forum. Kindly cancel my enrollment like this for that he is not responding to my calls too. I raised complaint from support team they too not responding and they have dropped an email like my query has been solved. I have paid the fees within 3 hours of enquiry, also i have joined immediately only for immediate class. I never know that batch got cancelled till 8th of April.. I have also taken course in some other institute and certified from them too. But I have never faced this much dissatisfied response.. Kindly help me on this
