I purchased microservices architect course on 14th Jan 2024, payment was successful and edureka sent success mail to my gmail Id- tanyabitaan.[protected]@gmail.com.
But, on opening edureka website, I am not able to see the online class link. Myorders/Myclassroom section is empty.
I contacted edureka support team, they responded back after 3 days and told issue is resolved but issue is not resolved after checking edureka website.
I am reaching to them again but they are not picking up the calls.
Resolution- Kindly give online class link so that I can complete the course on time
or refund my money
