Komal here, my concern is you guys really don't need customers right after the enrollment you guys did not respond to that customer. I was trying to reach you but no one is responding no calls no msg, I mail too still no one is responding so this is how your service works, your employees giving me commitment for refund and from HR i am getting email we can't give refund, from 2days no one is responding me and i don't want to attend session as o told garima mehta for this she said i have talk to the team for refund it will refund now no responding i am very dissatisfied with service and the people who are working for them, they can't help me it's been a week now, now they want me to attend session forcefully as i am not happy with teaching and service, worst service ever. Please refund my money that's all.

The consultant saying me i will give refund i have informed and also she gave me in return on whatsApp but the team is saying we will not refund we have 3days return policy and i have attend only one session and the day i had complaint that day that consultant who's name is garima mehta was on week off so he couldn't respond that day so they are saying we can't do anything. It's not my fault please help me i have experienced very worst service. They are not responding me not taking follow up and saying we will arrange a call but i have not received, they are fraud.12000 i have paid to Edurekha academy. I am not using there service also not refunding my money they are forcing me to continue the course.
