Two weeks ago(28-May), one counselor of Edureka(Mr. Arnab) approached me taking the course named PGP DevOps course and he enrolled me hurriedly for same on the same day and asked me to share bank details(which bank and my bank account number and my mobile number in bank's record), he told me that you have enough time to cancel this enrollment if you don't like the course as the first installment is way long 3-July-2022. I was not aware of this fact that he is cheating me as he never gave me the time to think about this. He was a too smart fellow to do all this without even telling that the loan got disbursed on the next day he had approached me for enrollment. Its only when I saw the disbursement date on the letter from my bank which I received as a postal document from bank at my residence yesterday only.
The people there(from Edureka) are too smart that they keep people like me clueless until they come to know that they have been cheated by such consultants and they may be late to claim the refund or even late in bringing such an incident to the head of the organization.
I have raised a ticket by dropping an email to grievance at edureka for bringing this incident to edureka's head's notification and claiming refund. Also tried reaching them continously over phone. Edureka's support team is not adding any comments into the ticket as always sending automatic reply like "We have answered your query and please go to the link and check reply". screen shot attached.
