    I had an order from shiprocket that was being delivered through ekart. The delivery partner arrived at my address today, 26/11/22, with the order with all the correct order details. However no OTP has been delivered to my phone. I asked the delivery partner to call the registered mobile number to check if it was correct, and he did that too successfully. But still no otp came and the order wasn't delivered. My tracking ID is SRTP[protected].
    Kindly see to the matter and solve the issue immediately as it is an urgent order.

          In Agra hub at Padma plaza of ekart, all the time product delivery is delayed. They give the reason that they don't have delivery boys and hence scheduled date of delivery often crosses. I have faced this issue multiple times. All the staff and in charge need to be reprimanded. Today my mobile was to be delivered but again this date is lapsed and I have to go to other place due to which I cannot receive this item tomorrow from delivery boy. It's is so much disappointing to a valued customer of flipkart.

            On 22nd November, My return package prouduct was recieved by the wishmaster, he checked it properly and then took at around 11:30 am, and at 6:45pm I got message that my return is rejected. He took away the product, then marked it cancelled. I am complaining from 22nd Nov. When he took it from me after checking properly, then how can he mark it rejected??

                Ekart delivery person V murali krishna lost my courier and simply updated as delivered. When we enquired with the person he agreed that he lost it.
                Hub incharge Mr. Lavanna told he will settle issue and provide refund of product cost. Now 3 months over. No response. I have proofs of messages from these people.

                  I query about an order with manasvi fab and they send that product to me nd i paid 999 rupees on that...when i opened that parcel i got the wrong product as well as already used product...then i tried to customer care which get cnncted smwhere in bihar...they ask for 5 rupess payment tag to do fraud mre...
                  Till then i got so many fake calls regards ekart...
                  I didnt get any specific response...
                  If i dont get my money back or resolved my issue...i will file an complain against ekart logistics...

                      I ordered a product from Shopcliq. Cash on delivery. Ekart made another parcel with the same details with nothing inside and delivered the empty parcel along with my actual parcel. I paid for both including the empty parcel.

                                Medicines were ordered on 17 Nov 22 vide ID SRTP[protected] and estimated delivery time was shown as 19 Nov 22. However, the medicines are not received by 22 Nov 22 and still it will take one more day. Funny part is the distance between dispatcher and receiver that is only 50 Kms. Very poor show.

                                    With reference to my order ID-OD[protected] of Flifkart, The delivery agent of the above logistics reached by 11.a.m. to deliver the product. The product was in condition of "open box delivery". When the delivery agent opened the box, he told me that the order was cancelled. I am surprised how the product get cancelled automatically without my knowledge. Then he returned back the product.

                                    Please help me to get my products immediately.

                                        My name is Nafisha Gulnar I am from Darjeeling West Bengal. Sir/Madam on 13th of November, 2022 I ordered a combo pack of 3 piece kurti at Rs. 799 from YouTube advertise. But on 18th of November 2022 I received a wrong and a worst product from your company which is very dirty. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed from this order. I am also went to the ekart office of Darjeeling for complaint but they told me that they are not responsible for this they only deliver the things or product came from company.
                                        So, I kindly request you to please refund my money or do the needful for the same as soon as possible.
