        Undue harassment by delivery boy

        On day 1, delivery boy called at 5pm and i was at office so i couldn't hand over my return parcel and asked him to wait for my call but he rescheduled it on the next day. He didn't bothered to pick my call that day.

        I have ordered a gaming laptop of 65k
        Order id : FMPP[protected]
        I ordered it on 11th it was shipped on 12th and reached gurgaon motherhub on 12th morning 7:50 till now there is no update regarding my order and my order was supposed to be delivered on 14th but now its showing that it will be delivered on 16th but still it is stuck in gurgaon motherhub for 2 days . And my hometown is just 4-5 hours away from there and flipkart costumer care have no idea regarding this also they dont even have the contact number of ekart, it should be provided as we have the right to know about the product kindly resolve the issue and provide me updates regarding my order and deliver it as soon as possible please.

          I ordered an I phone 13 on 23rd September and the order was shipped on 2nd October, it's 13th October today and the order is still stuck in chandigarh Rajpura for a week now. The expected delivery was 12th October

                Delivery date was 10/10/2022 but still not delivered by your nice courier company. My priduct was in my home town on 09/10/2022.                   Hi,
                  I have ordered phone on 25th sep and the expected delivery date was 2nd Oct. On 2nd Oct the delivery person called me just once but due to network Issue I was not able to talk with him then the delivery is reschedule to next day but still I didn't receive my product. I have checked in tracking the product daily it is dispatching to Thane then reached Mumbai then again dispatch to Thane same routine daily. But didn't go on out for delivery please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                      I Digant Kumar Dash a plus member of Flipkart ordered 2 different branded headphones along with other products in BBD offers. It is a matter of fact that (1)Instead of Infinity GLIDE N120 headphone(priced Rs.804/-) I got a damaged product and (2) Instead of boAt RockerZ 235(Rs.704/-), I got other brand (U&I) damaged product.
                      I raised my complaints about this and given all the photo proofs of the product received and the customer service of Flipkart assured me to return and refund in a short notice of time and they also notify me that your product will be returned on (6th-15th) october but a client(Pramod) of Ekart Logistics of Nayagarh center repeatedly denied and misbehaved with me and my father saying these are damaged products and I want original products. I told him that I have received the same products and already informed this matter to the customer service and they allowed for return and refund. why are you not taking my product and misbehaving me and my father. He said If you have talked with customer care then ask them to take your product don't tell me to take it. I said they have given you description of the product(What to receive) but why are you not following that . He said It's my choice whether to follow the instructions or not, do whatever you can I don't care. He repeatedly hung my calls afterwards and repeatedly cancelling my return requests saying let's see how will you get your refund.
                      So I request to the authorities that please give me my refund and take necessary actions against these persons for whom the reputation of Flipkart, Ekart Logistics and as well as the genuine customers are severely degrading and damaging.

                        I have ordered a phone from Flipkart, till today the product is not delivered the delivery person is giving false messages like they will deliver today, yesterday like that but not a single delivery person is calling me.                                   Hello! I have a package to return and i file the return request twice but your ekart agent didn’t arrive to pickup the package! First time I get the pickup otp and he didn’t came and my return was cancelled and this time he is doing the same! I requested to return and get the otp for the day and pickup schedule and the boy didn’t came I called him and he said he will come tomorrow and next day I called he said he will come in evening and in evening he said he will come tomorrow and then next day he didn’t came and not picking up the call! Is this the hospitality you serve to your customers! I have left only 2 days to return and then the blame will go on the customer!                                       We ordered a product through app. Got a call from delivery guy that he is coming for delivery but all of sudden he didn’t delivered our product. When we called back him he spoke so rudely as well as he said if we want our parcel then we need to go the office which far away from us.
                                      He is asking for extra money for the delivery.
                                      Please have a look as resolve this issue ASAP because you are losing your customers as well as money.
