    I have ordered Neska moda baby booties and I got sms related delivery from ekart Logistics

    My order is been delivered by today along with ekart delivery agent number

    I have called delivery boy he told coming by 9pm today.. I have been keep waiting for delivery agent boy up-to 10pm my order not yet received

    Again I called back to ekart delivery agent, he told standing at my home gate.. He denied to door delivery and he was very harsh saying if you want ur product come to the gate or else I'll go back, as he told he went back without delivering my product..

    Kindly take a action towards this complaint regards.

        I have ordered iphone 13 on date 04-oct-2022 on flipkart order number OD[protected]. Order was shipped on 04-oct-2022 by Ekart logistics by tracking id FMPP[protected]. Till date no update has found, where is my ordered product. I have not found any support from Flipkart & even ekart logistics. I want my order to be delivered on committed date 12-oct-2022.

          OD[protected] this order is showing delivered on the app and it wasn't delivered to me. I checked it on tracker and it is showing that it was delivered on 8th oct at 11 pm in Jhalandhar instead of my address in Delhi. So where is my order. Why are you guys doing fraud . I want my money back.

          OD[protected] i requested for its return on 27th sept on CCE and they were not responding properly. But now they are saying that the return policy is over. This is not my problem. You guys take so much time to resolve the issues and then blame it on us. Don't do such fraud. I want this item to be picked up.

            This company product pickup 3 oct for destrination pune but till date not deliver product
            proper address contact mention so no any person contact to me as well as ekart no any number customer care number available as soon as mail id.

                They are not delivering my product. They send a message daily saying that we will deliver your product today but that today is not coming they are sending this message for about 7-8 days

                I am dialling their number but they are not responding...

                  I still haven't received my product after waiting for 10 days. I ordered this product on the 30th of September 2022 and today is the 10th of Oct 2022. This product has been out for delivery 2 times and is not delivered yet. I have been given false assurances by flipkart team and the ekart delivery guy that your product will be delivered and you keep on extending the resolution date from 4th Oct to a later date but I don't seem to get any resolution from your team. On the website even now you guys promise to deliver the product on the next day itself if I order it today but fail to deliver the same product which was ordered in September, 10days back. The product is in the nearest hub for last 10 days still it has not been delivered within the same city.

                      This is related to my flipkart order with tracking ID FMPR[protected] the guy's number is [protected] he picked up the parcel didn't give any return slip and neither informed flipkart about parcel pickup status I lost my money and parcel because of him as flipkart state the parcel wasn't picked up.

                        The delivery date of replacement product was by 80ct, the courier boy call me and come to my door on 5 oct and the boy has to give replacement of the defective product but the boy was saying some illogical stuff like technician visit then only he can he can pick up the defective product and give new product. There is no such thing written in company policy, they said me that courier boy will pick the defective product and give new product. I talked to the Flipkart customer care and they also told me that no any technician visit required, i try to make courier boy understand but he was in his ego. The Flipkart customer care told me to wait till 8 oct and i waited. The delivery boy never called me and rejected my replacement product giving illogical reason.

                            Hi Team,

                            I ordered a mobile phone on Wednesday with exchange offer.

                            During time of delivery the exchange amount he was offering less so I refused to accept less amount for exchange value.

                            I told that I will pay money at place of exchange. So he connected to his colleagues at Ekart office kanchanpur and that guy was misbehaving during conversation with me . They tried to cancel my order when I oppose them to not do these things.

                                My name is gaurav mundhare i have size issue in shoes so i create a return from myntra.
                                today the pickup boy came and take the product and at the morning after that i received a massage product missed match pickup canceled then i called him he told me to came office and take your product after that i go there and take product i asked him why you rejected it he said do whatever you want i cant accept it then i ask him to give his employment id the give me i dont know its correct or not he said do what ever you want.

                                  Today 08.10.2022 i had a product to return through ekart to Flipkart. But the person of ekart eho received the product was totally illiterate. His behaviour was so bad. He couldn't find my place because he didn't listen to my full. When he come, he was shouting on road. My question is How can he shout? It was his fault. He didn't listen to me & cut the call. Please take strict action on the illiterate man. My area pin code is 743289

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    My daughter Poorvaja Jain had ordered AMI Set of 2 Gold Tone Cont... with tracking id MYNP[protected], with Myntra.com

                                    Her delivery address was Ashoka University, Sonipat, Haryana-131029

                                    On 6th October, 2022 night (at around 12:30 AM), she received a call from your delivery person, asking for OTP while she was fast asleep, she gave the OTP to him.

                                    Unfortunately, she never received the courier till date. She checked with the incharge of the mail room of Ashoka University, she was told that the packet was never received by them.

                                    You are requested to look into the matter and check with your delivery team and arrange to deliver the captioned shipment.

                                    In case no action is taken before October 11, 2022, we will be forced to escalate the matter to appropriate authorities.

But your currier person doesn't deliver at home .He calls and says we don't deliver the product in that area, and if you want this product come to where they are, otherwise we will cancel the products.
                                      Also I have suggested to filpcart customer care many times not to give the products to ekart for delivery.
