My order was reached at Gopalganj 3 days ago, but even after calling on mobile the delivery person is not delivering my order.

Hi team my order was suposed to delivery by date 1/11/22 but till now i didnt got id n now i show it reject i want my purcel

I requested for return of my flipkart order trouser becoz of multiple issues as my trouser is damaged having no brand logo and also size fit issues. They accepted my return request but courier is denying for pickup. Courier boy saying His manager told him to not pickup with these issues as i described with flipkart. They are refusing pickup and cancelling my pickup request with mentioning reason i am happy with the product and want to keep that. Ekart tracking id FMPR[protected]. Flipkart order id[protected].

I am jaiprakash.My order FMPC[protected] and FMPC[protected] is not being delivered from last three days.Delivery agent no. is also invalid.No support from anywhere.Call for rejection is coming even without a call.Have some care and look into this matter.

But parcel didn't delivered to me . Delivery boy Srikant maharana delivered him self i didn't ask him. Product didn't give me till now

I want to cancel my order but delivery boy refuses it and start talking bad language with me .he just arguing that u have to take order .Is that a way to talk to a customer. I ordered over 1000 product but never seen this . This is very rude. I am very disappointed with . Please resolve this rude behaviour delivery boy

I have order my product on 24 oct 2022 and the order was handled by ekart. The product was out of delivery on 30 oct 2022 and the delivery boy say his vehicle is damaged so he cannot deliver the product today. After that for next 3 days no delivery attempt made by ekart and also not able to contact any of them. It's a kind of scam to the customer. I also tried to go on there transport here but no office was found there. Please kindly look into this matter and provide me resolution. Tracking ID SRTP[protected]

Please don't delay the delivery as you people do most of the time. My ipad has to be delivered today but I recieved a message that it's delivery has been delayed and I am NOT ok with this. Why delivery is always delayed in this area please do not do this thing and I want my order to be delivered today.

I had ordered the phone Redmi 10 from Flipkart, 29th October 2022, the expected date of delivery for my order bearing Order ID (OD[protected]
I contacted the logistics partner on his number([protected]) about my order, he used a very bad language and asked me to collect the order myf.
As i needed my order which was a phone, I left my home to travel atleast 35 kilometers to reach the Ekart Logistics Office Gulabagh Ganderbal which costs me about Rs600 extra--
when i reached the given address i tried to contact the said person for 2 hours but he did not responded to my calls and kept his phone switched off. I was helpless and could not do anything as i was unaware about the location.
i tried to call him again and again but non of my calls was answered. The said person is a fraud and cheater, he plays with the customers and violates the customer relations.
Now i request your good-self to take strict action against the concerned person ([protected]) so that he won't repeat the same with other customers.

I ordered tones of products from flipkart for my upcoming trip. I ordered it based on delivery date displayed while ordering, now most of my orders are delayed by Ekart and delivery date keeps getting pushed with no definite date for delivery. Terrible service from Ekart. I would refrain myself ordering from vendor that uses Ekart as their logistics partner.

When i ordered realme 9 se phone expected delivery on 27
But its k i can understand about shipping.
But in app showing out for delivery i called delivery boy but he can't take calls and afterward he blocked my number on the same day
In ekart logistics shipping options it shows it reached bijapur at 26 th day
But they give date to choose for delivery to me
But it was not showing anything/any notification

Hi ekart delivery agent srikanth ganji needs to deliver two products. He gave me one product took OTP and ran away without giving me apple product.

Flipkart is not helping.

I booked iPhone 13 on 18th October which was supposed to be delivered on 21st October, but that delivery date is getting delayed. My product has arrived on my nearest hub but I am not being informed about the nearest hub. If I had got the information, I would have personally gone and collected my product. please help me Since 1 week my product is here in Nearest Hub.

Afternoon me delivery boy ko call kiya for time confirmation unhone bola evening 6 ko ayenge but 7 tak nhi aye then mene callback kiya to bol rhe h ki wo aye the and mujhe call kiya tha but reality is unka call nhi aya. then wo bolne laga ki product nhi laya h. Directly jhut bol raha hai delivery guy. Mera work stuck ho gaya bcoz replacement me mobile dena tha wo jispar mai work karta hu but delivery k wajah se mene format kiya. and ab mentally disturb ho gaya hu mobile bhi nhi mila n kaam bhi nhi kar saka.
Request you to do something. Flipkart se order placed kiya tha.

I purchased a product from Myntra and it was supposed to deliver on 27th, we've received a message saying order is rejected so we need to confirm. I confirmed that order was not rejected by us. Then I tried to connect with the agent, agent said he will not be able to deliver the product and said if I could come and collect. I reached the said address and then the agent said he will try to deliver it tomorrow as he had to go somewhere else. Today morning the order also shows that the delivery is rejected by me. Neither the call is getting connected nor I'm unable to reach out to the customer service representative of your company.

I have order shke from filpcart the red campus . But it revicved the blue one it is completely used product.So im raise the return request.And pick up will areanged but the problem the delivery agent not recived my product and my without permission cancel my pickup plz reslove it immidealtly
