    Ordered my item on 10th of September 2022, it's been getting delayed without any reason customer care also doesn't know the issue.When I ask about where are they calling from they say I'm calling from Jammu and not giving any details (customer care no. ‪+[protected]‬). Now they are again adding days saying they will solve the issue but they also don't know what is the problem. Flipkart (ekart logistics) should just close your services if you don't care about customer's.

        I am suman bagchi a plus member of Flipkart from many years . Last year I ordered a jacket on a adress with giving extra delivery charges on Flipkart but delivery agent did not delivered my package on my adress he ask me to take the delivery from AMARWARA which is 9 km far from my location. After complaining many times on Flipkart no resolution was provided to me after three days my order was automatically cancelled and price was increased so i can't buy this. This time I ordered a ADIDAS shoes from Flipkart rs1605 ORDER ID -OD[protected] but this time also delivery agent ask me to collect my order from AMARWARA which is 9 km far from my location. Now this shoes price is 2300 i want my order on my door step which is the policy of Flipkart. As a plus member i really upset with this service.. i want my order as soon as possible...

            Hello Team,

            We placed Order ID # 4552 on September 4, 2022 via DameHealth . The Order [1] was expected to be delivered by 10th Sep.When we checked the tracking with tracking Id "SRTP[protected]" for our order via Ekart logistics online.It was showing eKart Order had "OTHER_STATE_MISROUTE" on 12th Sep & the Order is yet to be delivered. Now the parcel has gone to Kolkata again from bangalore location on 16th Sep. We are also trying to reach you over phone. But no luck. This horrible delivery experience is not acceptable. Could you please take an action on this and respond ASAP.

                              My order I'd number [protected] from silver tulsi mala. Tracking id number NMBP[protected]. The courier boy didn't give my product to me because of some otp issue. I saw my number on the product, name address. I give him the proof that i ordered it. But he denied to give me the product...I asked the company that i faced these issues. A employee of silver tulsi mala said that they give you the correct number. How can this possible i didn't received a OTP. Please help me...solve my problem . I send his number if you have any doubt please call him. And please solve rhe problem

                                  My laptop got delayed multiple times even on same day delivery option. It's showing since 3 days that it's in transit and yet to reach hub nearest to you? What the heck is the problem with you guys? You don't even provide the phone numbers to contact the hub and know the status! I'm just sitting here cluelessly about when my order is going to arrive as i have already paid for it

                                    This complaint is regarding my previous order of mobile phone Oppo K10 from Flipkart . First Delivery Guy was so rude and he made me come 2-3 time here and there, when i finally reached office there he doesn't behaved well when i requested him not to open seal of phone as it was a birthday gift and opened phone doesn't look well, then he behaved rude and after some talks he said to me he'll take 200 Rs to do that . Then I denied that and asked him to deliver it at my home, he clearly denied . I paid the delivery charges for delivering the phone at my home, so why should i come again and again . He made me come to place 10 km far from my home. At Last I took the opened seal box . I don't understand why he was asking me to give 200 RS for not opening seal . I had already paid the amount for delivery and it should be delivered at my home then why he asked me to come . I am seriously requesting to take a quick action on him .                                       I have placed an order (Order ID: OD[protected] through paytm and the shipment was shipped through the delivery partner ekart, Yesterday the shipment was out for delivery at morning. The delivery executive didn't called me for delivery and even I too didn't received the contact number either but the status is updated as order delivered in the evening. I tried reaching to ekart and the call goes to Flipkart where my issue cannot be looked as it is with ekart. I contacted flipkart customer support again and again but my issue is still pending and not received any update on the issue handling and resolution. This is a prepaid order.
                                      There is no customer care number for ekart where it goes for only to flipkart. Also, they won't ask for pin/otp while delivering like other delivery partners.

                                      Please help me...!!
