I have ordered a parcel from flipkart but due to size variation i have requested for exchange with small size. the delivery date was 8th august and i received a message says that its out for delivery on the same date, i have waited till evening but i didint received any call. since its was my office address on 9th aug was holiday for me, the person called me at 11:45 so informed him that i m on holiday and i will be available on 10 aug( next day) and he said ok for that, but evening i got a message says that its already delivered,

Since i asked for exchange once, i dont have an option for exchange again so i need to return the product and order again but the offer ended and i need to pay 50rd extra for the ecart persons mistake.
